Ever since he was a kid growing up in New Jersey, Myles Marcus has dreamed of performing on stage. He began thrilling crowds with his soulful, powerful vocals from a young age, and began releasing covers to the internet at age 13. A year later, he released his first single “Jump”, produced by world-renowned producer Roy “Royalty” Hamilton, who helped groom Myles from a young raw talent to a world-class performer, and featured Myles on his own single “When I’m With You”.
“Crazy” received a lot of attention shortly after it was released, with over 1 million Youtube views and over 140,000 streams on Spotify.
On June 1st , Myles released his 2nd single ‘Nightmare’, a darkly anthemic pop song that received over 300,000 views on Youtube.
After working with Roy throughout his teens, Myles attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts to further hone his craft before signing an artist development deal that took him to Toronto, Canada. His move to Toronto was that of a true starving artist; Living on a couch, no friends, and left with nothing but his songs and a dream. It was this time of struggle that brewed an undying hunger for success in the industry that can be considerably unforgiving.
Undaunted by setbacks and forged in the crucible of struggle, Myles’s musical renaissance begins with his new single "Crazy", a powerful mid tempo ballad that touches on the difficulties of being with someone who struggles with addiction, and the harsh realities of growing up in a world torn asunder.
